The working agreement for travelers, shop owners, and admins using PaiDeeWa. Written for the real product, not as a placeholder page.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, browsing public listings, or using PaiDeeWa on web or mobile, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Using the service
PaiDeeWa helps you plan trips, save places, organize expenses, upload trip photos, discover shops, and share selected itineraries. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your account secure.
3. Shops, listings, and bookings
Shop listings, promotions, reviews, opening hours, prices, and third-party map information may be provided by shop owners or external providers. PaiDeeWa is not responsible for transactions made outside the platform.
4. Plans and payments
Some shop, admin, or customer features may depend on the active plan assigned to the account. Paid plan dates, approvals, suspensions, and offline payment handling are managed through the platform console.
5. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PaiDeeWa at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts, shops, listings, or content that violate these terms, create safety risk, or misuse platform features.
