Privacy Policy
How PaiDeeWa handles trip, place, location, shop, and account data across the public webpage, customer app, shop console, and admin console.
1. What we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, avatar, role, saved trips, saved places, uploaded trip photos, shop ownership information, and settings needed to run the product.
2. Location and map data
With your permission, PaiDeeWa uses location to center maps, search nearby places, and help build routes. Location is not stored unless you save a place, add it to a trip, or create related content.
3. How we use data
We use data to sync trips across devices, show nearby recommendations, run shop listings, manage plans, support admin operations, send notifications, and keep the platform secure.
4. Third-party services
PaiDeeWa uses Supabase for auth, database, and storage; Mapbox for maps; Google Places for nearby search; and optional AI providers for recommendations. Each provider processes data under its own policy.
5. Your choices
You can edit profile information, remove saved content, delete uploaded trip photos, and request account export or deletion by contacting support@paideewaa.com.
6. Data protection
We use role-based access, row-level security, and scoped admin tools to reduce unnecessary exposure between travelers, shops, and administrators.
